You must call the property to request and be granted a specific condominium number. If you are booking on-line, you may put in a request but we will only guarantee the condominium category (Oceanview, Deluxe, Premium, Oceanfront, etc.)

If you reserve a condo in our PREMIUM category, you will be able to select the specific condo number you wish to confirm, based on availability at the time you make the reservation. **

If you are staying for 2 weeks or longer, you will be guaranteed your requested condo number based on availability at the time you are confirming your reservation, regardless of category selected. If you are staying less than 2 weeks, we will ask you to select a first, second and third choice of condos available at the time you're confirming your reservation. We will do our very best to honor your request.

**Please note that these are privately owned condominiums and as such, may be listed for sale at any given time. We must reserve the right to move your reservation to a comparable condo or offer you an upgrade if a comparable condo is not available. This rarely happens but we ask for your understanding in these situations. If we have assigned you the specific condo you requested and must move you, one of our reservations staff will call you to discuss the options available.
