Occupancy: One-bedroom condos accommodate 2-4 guests. Two-bedroom condos accommodate 4 - 6 guests. Many condos have sofa sleepers; number of guests must be confirmed when making the reservation. *Not all condos have sofa sleepers. Minimum Stay Requirements: The minimum stay is 5 nights during High and Regular seasons. During Holiday Season the minimum stay is 10 nights. Shorter stays are accepted based on availability and occupancy. Call for details.

DEPOSIT/ CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSITS: A two-night deposit is required within 10 days of booking your reservation. FINAL PAYMENT: Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival, except Holiday Season reservations. Payment in full for Holiday Season reservations is due 90 prior to arrival. Payment in full is required for all reservations prior to arrival. CANCELLATIONS: If notice of cancellation for Regular Season and High Season reservations is received more than 14 days prior to your arrival, Poipu Ocean View Resorts, Inc. will refund your payments less a $50.00 cancellation fee. Holiday Season reservations cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival will be refunded less a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received 14 days or less before arrival in Regular and High Season are non-refundable. Cancellations received 90 days or less before the Holiday Season and for special packages are non-refundable.

INSURANCE: We strongly recommend that our guests purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
